The Time Will Answer

Every day and every night, it is never felt right
That my mind still catches the picture after the fight
So bright
Every time I open my eyes after sleeping tight
I see the name on my side

You know the time is running so fast
Well at the same time it just feels like yesterday
and thousand years have passed
As if day by day the world were getting too vast
I'm afraid the memory will fade away in a rush

It is you laying down peacefully
While the universe knows exactly that you will be gone
if I sweep your footprints silently
But you see what I see
It is only the time who will answer me

Something at the end of the road

Still a long way to go
There must be something awaiting at the end of the road
patiently, silently
On half the journey, I may be tired
I may be restless,
I may shout loudly in triumph
But not that much
It has never been that much
As nothing is eternal but the eternity
Ups and downs
They seem never end
Running, haunting, chasing
while I force myself to move
It never means I could hide in the darkness
hearing the emptiness and feeling the silence
escaping from reality
No
Everything changes
Everything must
No wrong or right
As I'd never be able to change the grey into perfectly black or white
It's on my will whether it's going to be brighter or dimmer
Consistency and perseverance
to remind me that something's awaiting at the end of the road
something I don't know...
at the end of the road

Numb

I was afraid and still I am
for the past would never be forgotten
and the future would never be read
empty
the same feeling
repeated time to time
empty
the world is always too huge
the ice is always too cold
numb
no fear
no grief
no joyfulness
no mercy
no hatred
no love
no thing
numb

A Flake of Memory

I once met a soul
With heavenly patience
With a handful of emotions
With a piece of feeling
Threatening the peacefulness
Yet carrying another cup of calm

Fresh breeze dropped by
Never been a treason nor a lie
Yet ended up with an expensive cry

I once met a soul
With a haunting shadow
Barely seen yet never gone

I wish I'd never met
I wish I'd never met

All are the Same

Two years, two months, what's the difference?
There's always pain
There were always scars
Rivers of tears
Another trial, another fail

Becoming a stranger, becoming precious, what's the difference?
There's always an encounter
Somebody must always leave
Let the storm strike
And swept away the fire forever

A Rose in the Spring

She's pretty fabulous
Wrapped in a new elegant gown
Mesmerizing face
Polished with smooth powder
Gentle eyes and blushing cheeks
Beautiful as a wicked rose in the spring

Yeah
It has thorns
Yelling "Don't take my crown!"
As eager eyes come to steal
Cunning mind is going to run with it
Clumsy fingers are going to bleed out
And she won't care
'Cause she is as wicked as a rose in the spring

At the Edge of Mind

The glass is empty
It's quite easy to fill it up with water
But the table is swaying
The glass falls, broken down
And the pieces scatter everywhere

The water is not clean, lovely transparent
But kind of nasty green
Where millions of germs may stay peacefully
Till nobody has a heart to drop a little

The glass is actually not there
And the water is nowhere
The table hasn't been made
Hidden in the depth of quiet woods

No one knows
Except the man with a wise cloak

Sweet... Sweet... Sweet...

Taste the sweetness of life
